I’ve always been a romantic at heart, but after leaving a narcissistic relationship in 2024, I went through a “hating love” era. I tried dating after my healing journey, and I realized how hard it is to find emotionally safe, aligned partners these days!

With a background in Anthropology and Communication Studies from Davidson College, a Master’s in the Science of Business Management, and years of corporate experience in HR and recruiting, I’ve spent my career understanding people, connection, and compatibility. Not to mention I’m a certified matchmaker & trauma informed coach!
